Are these genuine Lankeleisi? Yes — every bike and spare ships from authorized Lankeleisi channels.
What's the difference between the GT800 EU-stock and worldwide variant? Same bike, different warehouse. EU-stock dispatches in 5-7 business days from our European partner warehouse. Worldwide ships from Lankeleisi's manufacturer warehouse in 15-25 business days at a lower price.
Does the Samsung battery have a separate warranty? The 12-month warranty covers the bike as a whole, including the battery, against manufacturer defects. Cell degradation from normal use over time is expected and is not covered.
How do I confirm fit for a brake-pad or rotor SKU? Each spare-part product is named with the exact bike model. When in doubt, email us your bike's serial number and we'll confirm.
